Nassira Belloula (نصيرة بلولة) (born 13 February 1961 in Batna) is an Algerian feminist journalist and writer in French. She is the author of several books, novels, poems, essays, stories and news. Many of her works deal with women's issues and fear of men in the Arab world. Among her novels are ''Le Revanche de May'' and ''Rebelle en toute demeure'' (2003), ''Visa pour la haine'' (2008) and ''Terre des femmes'' (2014). Poetry work include ''Les Portes du Soleil'' (1988) and ''The Gates Of The Sun'' (2010). She has written several essays about the status of women and children in Algeria, most notably ''Algérie, Le Massacre des innocents'', published by Fayard in France in 2000. Belloula is a member of the National Commission of Human Rights (Algeria), an affiliate of the UN.〔 ==References==
